April 24, 2016 / Category: Bronx Survey / Posted by: Emilio Guerra

    2744 Kingsbridge Terrace
    Location:2744 Kingsbridge Terrace. Block: 3253, Lot: 43.

    Status: Never landmarked or heard.

Description from the Bronx Survey: Perched high above Kingsbridge Terrace, this medieval fantasy boasts round and polygonal turrets, Tudor arches, crenellation, and projecting balconies. The house is not great architecture, but its romantic qualities make it a local landmark.
