    3250 Barker Avenue

    Location: 3250 Barker Avenue, Block: 4594, Lot:21.

    Status: Never landmarked or heard by the NYCLPC, demolished in 1981. Current structure was built in 2001.

    Description from the Bronx Survey:

    A vacant, dilapidated Greek Revival dwelling set above the street on a small knoll. Ionic porch columns and bracketed cornices are the only remaining traces of this structure’s past glory.
