    Location:1043 Simpson Street, Block: 2726, Lot: 64.

    Status: Never landmarked or heard.

    Description from the Bronx Survey: John Van Vleck and Paul C. Hunter, 1903. Currently vacant, this Beaux Arts structure boasts such handsome terra cotta details as large cartouches and a heavily bracketed cornice.
