    Location: 2415 Third Avenue. Block: 2319, Lot: 109.

    Status: Never landmarked or heard. Building usually has large billboards on its side, and it’s rather difficult to photograph or access, wedged as it is between other properties.

    Description from the Bronx Survey:

    A handsome late nineteenth-century brick industrial building at the foot of Third Avenue boasting round-and segmentally-arched fenestration.
