Probably built around the turn of the century, the house&#8217;s most striking feature is its roof which slopes down more than twice the height of the first floor facade encompassing two attic stories.<\/p>\n<p>It is pierced by dormer windows and to the right is a two-story round bay with a polygonal roof which contributes to the asymmetrical massing of the house.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location: 610 City Island Avenue.
