It is at the end of a private driveway that <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/k3RypcwZdrJ2\">starts at 5 Rochelle Street<\/a>. There is no public access through the water, so the best view is probably through <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/VgofGW5ExSw\">Google Earth<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Status:<\/strong> Never landmarked or heard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emilio.nyc\/blog\/bronx-survey\/the-1978-bronx-survey\/\">Bronx Survey<\/a>:\u00a0<\/strong>The house on the south side of Rochelle Street at Eastchester Bay is the most sophisticated of the Greek Revival structures remaining on the island.<\/p>\n<p>Its dentil led box cornice and narrowly framed six-over-six pane windows show a refined treatment of detail, while the flat roof and Doric porch columns add to a bold and stately composition.
